Two years after my 2023 take on the CZ Czechmate, this 500-round update revisits the affordable Open division contender. Upgraded with brass grips & mag well from LokGrips, plus MBX mags, this quirky, high-performing icon still shines.
After 1,000 rounds, the CZ 75 TS Czechmate is still a hoot—flawless reliability with handloaded 9 Major, despite front-heavy balance and a pesky recoil dip. Tinkering continues: filed safeties and swapped optics. A discontinued gem worth saving for Open fun.
