I’ve spent a lot of time this year talking about gear. Figured it can’t hurt to spend a bit of time talking about the skills needed to use that gear properly. I’m going to start this discussion with first aid skills.
First aid preparedness is serious business. I’m talking about being ready to deal with a serious injury or life threatening trauma. The Solatac PTK is a great first line response kit. Also, there is a give-a-way for readers.
The more I grow as an armed self defender the more I realize I need to level up my first aid skills. I’ve put a kit together, but I don’t know enough to objectively evaluate it. As such, I’m asking for help. How would you rate my kit?
