Five thousand rounds through a single gun might sound like a lot, but it goes by faster than one would expect when putting in the work with a gun. Zero failures after 5K is something to take note of.
Here is a little head to head comparison between the Trijicon RMR and Trijicon SRO. They are both fantastic red dot sights and each has pros and cons.
I’d say the honeymoon period is over after carrying the VP9 for over a year, competing with it, training with it, and shooting over 2000 rounds with it. I’m also happy to report it’s yet to let me down.
My review of the Trijicon RMR Type 2 Adjustable LED Reflex Sight. While it’s not perfect, it’s a fantastic red dot sight that is ideal for defensive carry and duty pistols.
My love affair with the VP9 continues. Changing things up with a little RMR action has only made things a little spicier. I am looking forward to future dates at the range and at competitions with it.
Runs like a champ. Makes longer shots remarkably easier. Will require some work to consistently find the dot in the window after presentation. Great pistol and carry optic option.
