I’m always looking to get better at this firearms instruction and coaching thing, which is why I’m seeking additional instruction myself. As part of that, I completed the Rangemaster Master Instructor Development course and here is what I recall from it.
The next milestone in my Rangemaster instructor certification journey is fast approaching. Of course, this means it’s time to make a few small tweaks to my practice and match plans in order to be familiar with the processes necessary for success.
Another step in my journey to becoming a better coach involved completing the Rangemaster Advanced Instructor Development Course. The standards were higher than its prerequisite, but so were the dividends.
It’s time to switch into qualification preparation mode as the scheduled date for the Rangemaster Advanced Instructor course I will be attending approaches. It won’t be a walk in the park, but I expect it will be worth the effort.
